Production Management + Quality Control = Clever System
Clever System generates the parameters for technological operations according to the incoming requirements with product configurations and despatches the relevant data to the controlled workplaces. Clever System uses these data to control the assembly process at the workplaces and records all the technological data regarding the operations performed and the components used.
Clever System ensures verification of correctness of the components which are to be mounted in the product in a given operation, according to the prescribed production sequence of the product variant. It also monitors the correct sequence of products at the workplace. The results of all technological operations are being checked in real time throughout the assembly process.
Traceability – all information about the technological operations and their results, including the values achieved of the monitored operations (e.g. torque moment), serial numbers of the components used, data pertaining to workers, times of operations and the results of the output quality control is being continuously stored in the SQL database. It is possible to look up any information in this database through www interface. It is possible to find out in which product a specific component has been mounted, by whom and when, to display the technological data of the operation, and also serial numbers of the other components used in a particular product. All data can be archived on external media devices.

Clever System consists of software modules which can be combined and configured as needed to production requirements. All technological data is archived and processed in accordance with ISO 9000. Both the up-to-date and the archived data from the individual workplaces are available through an internal web interface.
Clever System is available in the following languages: Czech, German, English and Spanish. It is possible to implement further languages as well, according to customer’s requirements.
